Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian

Great location. All the facilities were very clean. We were there for an event at the ball rooms. Lots of good seating in the lobby. Their bar food area was fantastic. Rooms were smaller with the pull out couch in use with a king bed, but it worked for our needs. Pool area was clean but it was on the smaller side. Kids still had fun. Really cool courtyard area. Comfortable beds. We would come back.

The restaurant inside offers a nice, clean ambiance in its main dining area and a separate large area to enjoy sports in several TV monitors. They have a Starbucks and a breakfast menu, and the food is fresh and delicious. There's also a bar and the bistro that serves dinner. This hotel is definitely a step above the basic Fairfield and Marriott brands. As soon as you walk through the doors, you can see why. I can't say enough about the friendly and kind staff.They also offer great event and meeting rooms, perfect for both business and private gatherings. The courtyard is beautiful and perfect for weddings and other special occasions. It's a great place to relax and socialize, whether for leisure or business.

I had a two night stay. The staff was amazing. I had a few unexpected special requests during my stay and each time they responded quickly with kindness. They went above and beyond to be helpful. I appreciate kindness more and more these days, so I wanted to give a shoutout and express my appreciation!

The staff have each, front the front desk to housekeeping, have been very kind and upbeat. The bed is firmer than I prefer but many will love it.

I’ve stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in West Boise/Meridian several times for business travel. The location is excellent — just minutes from Topgolf, St. Luke’s Meridian Hospital, and plenty of great restaurants within a 10–15 minute drive. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained. I really enjoy the indoor pool and the beautiful courtyard area, which gives it a relaxing feel. However, note that there is no hot tub. The only downside is the inconsistent service. The front desk staff tend to be just “okay” — not overly welcoming or proactive. They typically do the bare minimum and can sometimes come across as annoyed by guest requests. This has been a consistent experience during multiple stays. That said, the updated rooms and convenient location keep me coming back. In my opinion, it’s a much better choice than the nearby TownePlace Suites.

Lovely upscale hotel. Easy freeway access the rooms are wonderfully large. The beds are as hard and uncomfortable as sleeping on granite. Pillows are masses of lumps. TV is available if you know your login information. Restaurant on site and breakfast available to purchase. All in all a nice quite area, but the beds were awful.

The hotel looks and feels new. Everything was clean, room was comfortable, staff was friendly. I wish breakfast was complimentary, but that is a small thing. I was also able to bring my dog. I will definitely stay here again.

Great price, great location (not far from the airport), food and service were great all around. Very friendly staff. The rooms, halls, lobby and dinning area are kept spotless. Couldn't ask for more!
